Mobility

The ability to move a joint actively through its full range of motion with control. Unlike passive flexibility, mobility requires muscular engagement and coordination — making it a functional, trainable quality.

Range of Motion (ROM)

The total arc of movement available at a joint, measured in degrees. ROM can be passive (achieved with external assistance) or active (produced by your own muscles). These two values are often different for the same joint.

End-Range Strength
